OUR STAFF
Tiered to Perfection
JULIEANN & CHRIS CHASSEY
Founders
With more than 20 years of experience working as handlers for celebrity guests, in 2013, Julieann & Chris took their knowledge, formed a rag-tag team of volunteers, and led the charge assisting as handlers at the first ever Alamo City Comic Con. The following year, that team became what is known today as Alamo Celebrity Entertainment Services (A.C.E.S.). Since then, the team has their very first road show, South Texas Comic Con Fan Weekend 2017 & its main show, South Texas Comic Con 2018. In 2019, the team left the state for the first time, assisting guests appearing at New Mexico Comic & Film Expo. With show performances now spanning multiple U.S. States, Julieann and Chris could not be more proud of every member of A.C.E.S. who strive each outing to ensure both guest and attendee have an amazing experience.
ADAM D. VERA
Senior Director
A member of A.C.E.S. before it had a name, Adam rose quickly through the ranks as a handler, crew chief, and finally Director. Upon returning from an Air Force deployment in 2017, the other Directors nominated Adam to lead the first team to perform outside of our home city of San Antonio; a historic step in our founder's original mission. With his efforts over the years keeping the group active and engaged in multiple events, the position of Senior Director was created specifically for him. In 2023, Adam connected the team with GalaxyCon Live, offering the services of our amazing handlers. They have since assisted at 18 GalaxyCon shows, to include their supplementary events, with more lined up for 2024 and 2025 across the nation.
JIMMY BUCZEK
STACY LYNN
Director
Stacy is another member that rose quickly through the ranks. Beginning in 2014 as a handler, she was promoted to Crew Chief in 2014, and Director in 2016. She is best revered for her efforts to see A.C.E.S. move beyond our home city of San Antonio, securing the team's first road show in McAllen, Texas. She continues to network with event representatives in order to better realize our founder's goal of taking the group further out into the world.
Director
Starting in 2014 as a Director Assistant, Jimmy was quickly promoted to Director the following year. With interpersonal skills derived from a 20-year Air Force career, he has put his whole being into every show he has worked, including leading a team in their first appearance at Corpus Christi Comic Con.
ALICIA STOLTE
Director
Alicia joined A.C.E.S. in 2014 and quickly became an early staff favorite out of dozens of handlers. Owing to a career in education coordination, Lish possesses a unique ability to understand just what people need, which is so vital in the convention environment. Thus, she was quickly moved into a Crew Chief position to better serve both the handler needs and those of event attendees. With years of experience under her belt and a reliability yet unmatched, in 2021 Alicia was promoted to Director and recently led her first team, solo, at Corpus Christi Comic Con.
Director
As one of the original Director Assistants, Christine quickly became adept to both fulfilling and delegating instruction on the convention floor. A U.S. Navy veteran, now working in medical care, she is no stranger to high-pressure situations and that is evident in her performance at every A.C.E.S. outing. Just prior to the pandemic, she led a team in the groups first show outside the state of Texas, another historic note in our timeline. In 2021, upon returning to what the team does best after 2 years away, Christine was promoted to Director.
